Jennifer Hoffman Little is a seasoned hospitality professional with a career built from the ground up. She began her journey in the hospitality industry as a housekeeper and steadily advanced through every major department, gaining hands-on experience in housekeeping, front office, guest services, maintenance, food and beverage, and administration. This comprehensive progression ultimately led her to leadership roles overseeing and leading each department within hotel operations.

Jennifer’s move to Huntsville was driven by professional opportunity and a desire to be part of a growing and forward-thinking community. Since relocating, she has become deeply engaged in the local hospitality landscape, contributing operational expertise, leadership, and a commitment to excellence in service and team development.

Her education and professional development have been shaped by a combination of formal training and extensive on-the-job experience. Jennifer’s career is defined by adaptability, accountability, and a deep understanding of hotel operations from both frontline and executive perspectives. Having personally performed the roles she later managed, she brings a collaborative and empathetic leadership style rooted in respect for every position within the organization.

Jennifer currently serves in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, where she is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring brand and service standards, developing teams, and driving operational performance. Her focus includes employee engagement, guest satisfaction, and maintaining a culture of consistency, integrity, and high performance.

Throughout her career, Jennifer has achieved success in leading multi-department teams, mentoring emerging leaders, navigating operational challenges, and maintaining strong performance in demanding environments. She is particularly proud of her ability to bridge frontline operations with strategic leadership, ensuring both team members and guests feel valued.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Jennifer values family, community involvement, her dogs and hockey.  Her interests reflect a balance between dedication to her career and maintaining meaningful personal connections. She remains passionate about continuous improvement and lifelong learning within the hospitality industry.

Jennifer would like the membership to know that her leadership philosophy is grounded in experience, transparency, and people-first management.
