Membership into the HMCHA is on an annual basis running from Jan 1 - Dec 31. Be sure to checkout our Membership Benefits as they are continuing to expand and we'd enjoy having your organization as a member of the HMCHA.
Membership is by calendar year and the Annual Fee is $200 per organization / business. If you join the HMCHA as a new member after January Renewal period, your dues will be prorated based on number of months remaining in the year.
Membership does not include the cost for monthly luncheons. You may prepurchase your monthly luncheons during our January Membership Renewal period only. Otherwise, making reservations for each monthly luncheon will be $20 per person for Members and $30 for Non-Members if registered before deadline. Additional employees of the Member Organization can attend the monthly luncheon at the Member Rate. Late fees will apply if registered past our deadline.
Membership Dues are not deductible as charitable contributions for income tax purposes. Dues are ordinary and necessary business expenses.
