Calling all participants & sponsors for Taste!

Have you heard?  Tailgate with the Taste of Huntsville is happening on Thursday, October 19, 2017 in the VBC's South Hall!  

We are happy to announce the two charities that will benefit from this funraiser: Merrimack Hall Performing Arts Center and Serving Hope, Inc.  

This is HMCHA's largest fundraiser and showcases the diverse hospitality partners in our community (specifically food and drink vendors) in an expo-style setting where attendees pay a general admission fee and are able to sample all of the delicious goodies that each participant is serving up!  

We encourage all of our wonderful members to participate in Tailgate with the Taste of Huntsville.  This is a great venue to showcase your company to a captive audience!  Click here for more information about how to become a participant.

Our typical lineup consists of restaurants, caterers, breweries, cake shops, food trucks, etc.  However, we are open to all types of vendors, so reach out to us if you have any additional ideas!

To be included in marketing materials, participants must apply by September 7.  

Want to help support the event, but aren't sure if being a participant is right for your company?  Don't worry - there are lots sponsorship opportunities available for Tailgate with the Taste of Huntsville!  You can find sponsorship information here

Don't forget to buy your tickets for the Tailgate!  You can buy them at, the VBC Box Office, or at the Visitor's Center on Church Street.  The early bird rate to attend the full event is $30 until October 1.  After that, tickets will be $35 each.  Tickets will increase to $40 on the day of the event.  

Coming with a group?  Purchase a table of ten!  Tables start at $300 and will increase to $350 after October 1.
